In January 2006, Robert King started Paige Investments, a full service commercial real estate company: owning, managing, leasing and developing projects throughout San Antonio and South Texas. As Paige Investments grows, strengthens its assets, and builds relationships, the team at Paige Investments never loses focus on continually adding value to the company.

Paige Investments acts as a preferred Developer and Landlord for some very active Tenants, such as Dollar General, Starbucks, Wachovia Bank and DaVita Dialysis Center’s, the largest provider of dialysis services in the world. In addition, Paige Investments has worked closely with and developed sites for Carl’s Jr., Washington Mutual, EZ Corp, IHOP, Verizon Wireless and others.
